According to the 2023 census, 51.02 percent of Bangladesh’s total population are women, a significant portion of whom are financially dependent on others. We believe that through practical and vocational training, it is possible to make these unprivileged women financially self-sufficient, empowering them to participate more actively in building society in 21st-century reality.

The Nareenetra Karupanya family envisions building a society of equality where every individual can live with dignity and security and where gender equality is established. 

Nareenetra Karupanya and the Nareenetra Unnayan Samiti (NUS) are working with a specific goal: to ensure the economic empowerment of underprivileged and marginalized women by creating opportunities for self-employment and skill development.

At our core, we are more than just a garment and crafts manufacturing company; we believe, we are a vibrant community of empowered women united by a shared mission. 

As you know, Nareenetra Karupanya began its journey in 2008 with the dream of a single financially disadvantaged woman to become self-reliant. Starting with a borrowed sewing machine and five other local women, our story began. We believe that our uncompromising honesty in terms of commitment and accountability, as well as our unwavering determination to shape our destiny, has fueled our progress over the past fifteen years.

Our purpose is twofold: to uplift and empower women of this region, transform lives through meaningful employment through skill development, and produce high-quality, beautifully crafted products for our clients. 

Our products, manufactured through state-of-the-art and automated production lines, go through multiple stages of inspection by skilled and experienced quality checkers, ensuring they are flawless and 100% perfect. We work with the goal of overcoming any challenges to deliver products to our customers precisely on time, according to their needs.
